FAQ

How do I get a Lift Pass Keycard?

On our website register for an account and update your personal details in account settings.  For your first online purchase you will need to buy a Lift Pass Keycard together with your ski pass and collect it at the ticket office. Your skipass will be pre-loaded onto your Keycard when collected.

You can also purchase a Lift Pass Keycard directly from the ticket office.

Can I buy more than one Lift Pass Keycard or ski passes in one transaction?

Yes. You can easily buy ski passes for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

Your various ski passes will be collated into your registered user account. Then simply allocate the ski passes you have purchased to each user.

How do I set up a profile for my family?

At the check out you will be asked to configure the products you have purchased. This is to allocate each ski pass to a user. Click on 'Add New+' and enter their details.

Alternatively you can add users by clicking on My Account and selecting Manage Team from the drop down menu.  Then 'Add person'.

Do I need a Lift Pass Keycard to ski at the resort?

No. You can still purchase one time use ski passes from the ticket office. However you may still have to queue at the ticket office and a one time use ski pass will not allow you to buy future passes online.

What is the difference between a Lift Pass Keycard and a One Time pass?

A Lift Pass Keycard is a multi use plastic card that allows you to purchase ski passes online from home everytime you want to go skiing. This gives you direct access to the slopes without having to queue at the ticket office.

A One Time pass is a strengthened paper card that is purchased at the ticket office.  It is used only for the day of purchase.

Where do I find the Lift Pass Keycard number?

The Lift Pass Keycard number is a unquie 23 digit number located on the white strip on the top left of the Keycard. You will need this number when you link your new Keycard to user profile.

I left my Keycard at home?

Please go to the ticket office and they will help you.

I brought my Keycard but I forgot to pre-load it with my ski pass.

You can go online and purchase ski passes anytime before accessing the slopes.

If you do not have access to your account (eg. no phone/internet) please go to the ticket office for help.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

Yes. The ski pass you purchased is valid only for the period you designated when you bought it.  However you can leave purchasing the ski pass to the last minute, even when you arrive at the car park where you can see the conditions for yourself.

Ski passes purchased that are not used on the designated date are generally non refundable. Please ensure you do not purchase a ski pass unless you are sure you are going to use it on the date selected.

Please make sure you have already picked up your keycard before purchasing multiple days.

Do I have to go to the ticket office first?

Only for your first visit after purchasing the keycard online as you will have to go to the ticket office to collect it.  You must collect your keycard before being able to purchase multiple days.

If you have a Keycard that is already linked to your account and pre loaded with a ski pass you can go directly to the slopes.

Do I need to show my pass to the lift operator?

Generally not.

Lift Pass Keycards and One time use passes should however always be kept on your person on your left hand side.  This allows our new turnstyles and scanners to electronically detect your pass allowing you access to the lift.

My Pass doesn't work at the turnstyle.

  • Please make sure that your pass is kept in a pocket on your left hand side.
  • Ask the lift operator to check your card is working.
  • Please make sure you only have one card in your pocket as the scanner can only read one at a time.
  • Make sure your card is not in a RFID protector.

If problems still persists please go to the ticket office for assistance.
